Traction Industries are looking for a Business Development Manager to build, manage and maintain our exceptional relationships with existing and potential customers across the globe, to enable our product integration, and its growth within those sectors.

The role
- You will be driving sales and global business development of our various products across the range of vertical markets in which we operate
- You will meet essential monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the Leadership Teams.
- You will work across the full sales’ pipeline acquiring and closing your own leads by cold-calling, networking and presenting.
- Identifying sales opportunities and eliminating challenges from customers by understanding and presenting detailed product information.
- A full understanding of how our products save our customers time, money and reduce their overheads and being able to present this with compelling methodologies.
- Develop and maintain trusted relationships with current and future customers.
- You will build key stakeholder relationships to generate new opportunities with large organisations in various industries.
- You will accurately complete all customer details and sales information on the organisation’s CRM system on a daily basis so that you can maximise and close all opportunities.
- Regularly assess the growth and development of your sales pipeline and pass on any areas for development or concern to the Leadership Teams.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales journey.
- Present weekly forecasts of upcoming sales to the Leadership Teams.
About you
- You have a proven track record of being in a successful Business Development role and generating your own leads.
- You can create, present and discuss solutions and close sales in digital products.
- You have the ability to think pragmatically, and execute with accuracy, and attention to detail.
- You have exceptional self-development skills and you can demonstrably show that you keep up to date with the fast-changing tech landscape.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills at all levels.
- Full, valid UK driving license is essential.
- No restrictions on international travel is essential.
